- You must be at least 25 years old to see a doctor at our pain clinic, have an MRI/CT scan or some other type of document showing your pain and a photo ID (does not have to be from Florida).
- Also, if you have a pharmacy printout of pain treatment and medications you have been taking it would be helpful.
- For the first visit, you do not need an appointment. We take new patients on a walk-in basis and you can come in Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. The first visit is $295 and follow-up visits (scheduled every 4 weeks) are $200.
- We do not accept insurance; cash or credit card only.
- We also have an in-house pharmacy in our pain clinic and can fill your prescriptions here if you choose to do so. Please let us know if you have any questions by email or by phone.
- We do not do any type of procedures at our pain clinic.

Pain Medication
At Doctors Pain Clinic , we specialize in treating chronic distress through the use of pain medication. Due to the rapid advances of modern medicine, there are now many varied pain treatments available. The degree of ache varies from person to person, so your treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. Pain medication treatment may include a single approach or a combination of pain medications such as:
- Painkillers
- Anti-inflammatory drugs
- Antidepressants
- Anti-seizure medicines
- Other medicines
Your pain management physician at, Doctors pain management clinic, may prescribe other types of medicine that are more specific to the type of pain you are experiencing.
Initial Consultation - $295
- Comprehensive examination by a pain management staff physician
- Evaluation of medical history and records
- Set personal goals
- Development of individualized pain management plan
- Assessment guidelines for continuum of care
- Thorough explanation of appropriate pain medications
- Office visit: 20-35 minutes
If necessary:
- Additional screening and diagnostic testing referrals (MRI, etc.)
- Referrals to non-pharmacological treatment facilities (physical therapy, etc.)
Continuum of Care - $200
- Meet with clinic’s physician and other pain management professionals
- Evaluation of individualized pain management plan
- Review of personal goals and quality of life enhancements, including work activities/requirements and social interactions/relationships
- Evaluation of any new testing or reports
- Continuation of pharmacological protocol
- Office visit every 28 days required
If necessary:
- Referrals for additional testing or evaluation
- Adjustment of pain management medication protocol
